What material are the scrunchies made out of?

All of our scrunchies are made out of high quality polyester and acrylic fibers which are resistant to shrinkage so you can wash them all you want! They are also very soft to the hand, immune to wear, and have a vibrant luxurious appearance.

Why is my discount code not working?

Due to people exploiting our system, we only allow one discount code at time. However if your discount code is just not working, please contact us and we'll be happy to fix the issue!

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped we'll send you an email with your shipping information. You should receive a tracking number and link where you can track your package. If you picked standard shipping, no tracking is provided. Shipping is 3-5 days from time you received Email!

When will I receive my order?

Orders usually take 3-7 days to arrive. On rare occasions, it can take your scrunchies up to 10 days to arrive. We apologize if this does happen, this is usually due to location and a high traffic of orders. Shipping is 3-5 days from time you received Email! If you have not received your package in that amount of time, please contact us.

Can I return my item?

Faulty and unwanted items can be returned within 7 days of arrival for a refund or replacement. Please ship your product in the same box you received it in. After the 7 days, we cannot accept any returns. Check our Refund Policy for more information.

You will need to cover shipping for your return and please use a trackable shipping service so we are not held responsible if your item disappears.
